This article surprised me. Mostly because they're introducing a new character.
My money would have been on Jughead coming out of the closet. Although come to think of it, I probably wasn't the only kid out there hoping for Betty and Veronica to hook up.

Lickety, I didn't either...but we did find porn mags in the wood sometimes that showed girl/girl. We never put two and two together and realized it could also hold true for men.

I like the idea of a gay comic book character in Archie, but think that they should go all out and have racist skinheads, crack whores, white slavers and Muslim terrorists.

I like how they say Archie always tries to be "inclusive" but you never see fat girls that aren't joke-characters or disabled people that don't provide "aren't you lucky to not be disabled" lessons (other than the PSAs from the Cerebral Palsy Association).
